Santiago Pérez Isasi is a Research Fellow at the Centre for Comparative Studies of the University of Lisbon. He got his PhD in Spanish Literature at the University of Deusto in 2009.

At the Centre for Comparative Studies, he coordinates the Project Digital Map of Iberian Literary Relations (1870-1930). He is also co-coordinator of ISTRES – Iberian Studies Reference Site with Esther Gimeno Ugalde (Boston College).

His areas of interest include Iberian Studies, literary history, national identities and Digital Humanities
